A man has been charged in connection with a hit and run near Wisbech.
The crash, which involved a car and a pedestrian, happened in West Walton on Saturday May 4 between 9.30pm and 9.45pm.
It involved a blue Renault Megane Scenic car and a pedestrian, who was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The driver failed to stop at the scene.
A man in his 30s was arrested and taken to King’s Lynn Police Investigation Centre for questioning in connection with the incident
He has since been charged with driving with excess alcohol and driving otherwise in accordance with a licence.
He has been bailed for causing injury by dangerous driving and failing to stop to appear at King’s Lynn Police Investigation Centre on August 4.
