The cause of a fire in the open in Wisbech on Saturday afternoon (November 18) has been confirmed.
A crew from Wisbech was called to the fire on Barton Road at 4:39pm.
A spokesperson for Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue said: “Firefighters arrived to find a bonfire spreading to a derelict house.
“Using a hose reel, the crew extinguished the fire and returned to their station by 6.20pm.
“The cause of the fire was accidental.”
